Conference week-end family time

Here we are on Saturday morning making bacon and eggs
This is our big cast iron griddle that we have been using since I got it for my Fathers Day gift some time ago. The more you use it, the more seasoned it gets. That way it is ready for all the camping we are doing this summer. It is seasoned so well now that it’s like cooking on a Teflon pan.
